I want to cancel my application. How can I proceed?
If your application has already been approved, cancellation is not possible. In all other cases, cancellation eligibility depends on the status of your application. Please contact us with your tracking ID, and we will review your request.
How long will it take to receive a decision on my visa application? Can I track its progress?
Processing times vary by destination, ranging from a few hours to several days. Most visas are approved within 24 to 48 hours, and urgent processing options are available for faster approval within a few hours. Once approved, your visa will be sent to you via email.
